This was a very exciting visit for me. Each person there assisted me with all my needs and was very proactive. The new Spring 2017 stock was full. They had options that had not rolled out at the dealer location where I live. And their sale inventory was full of markdowns! I cannot wait to go back to San Francisco.

Had a great experience here. The customer service was outstanding and they honored their Iron Clad guarantee. Andi, who was on their fourth day as a new hire, went above and beyond with their knowledge and service. Great hire y’all! I’ll be back to this Patagonia store 100%!

I had a great experience with your employee, Max today. I returned a jacket in the North Point store. We had difficulty sorting out the purchase information but Max was helpful, patient and extremely nice. Everything worked out and I greatly appreciate the excellent customer service.

All of sales associates are super friendly and actually helpful. They keep checking on me if I had any questions and providing great and relevant recommendations. The best retail store experience that I’ve ever had.

I bought it. The color is a dark gray that's not available in Taiwan. An elderly gentleman, who seemed to be an employee, was 88 years old but had a sharp mind. He enthusiastically helped me find the style I wanted. He was very talkative, and it was a pleasant shopping experience.

The store is not huge, but it has a big heart. The employees are all very friendly and professional. Max was really helpful and patient. He treated a senior customer with kindness and friendliness, offering caring considerations. I am not a big spender old lady, but he made me feel valued and respected. I shared my experience with my son afterwards. He echoed my sentiment that Patagonia is a great company. Its values are reflected through how its employees treat customers. Thank you Max, for all your help.
